بررسی بیوسیستماتیکی و اکولوژیکی گونه sonchus oleraceus از خانواده آفتابگردان در ایران

چکیده
sonchus oleraceus با خواص دارویی شناخته شده در جهان، در ایران دارای پنج گونه می باشد. در این پژوهش، بررسی بیوسیستماتیکی و اکولوژیکی جمعیّت های s. oleraceus از رویشگاه های مختلف در ایران با استفاده از مطالعات ریخت شناسی، ریز ریخت شناسی، گرده شناسی، تشریحی و بوم شناسی با تکیه به روش-های تاکسونومی عددی انجام شده است. این اوّلین گزارش از ساختار تشریحی این گیاهان در ایران می باشد. مطالعات تشریحی با بررسی برش های عرضی ساقه، رگبرگ میانی برگ و برش طولی و عرضی فندقه انجام شد. صفات ضخامت بشره و کلانشیم، نسبت طول آوند آبکش به آوند چوبی، طول آوند آبکش (در برش عرضی ساقه)، طول دستجات آوندی (در برش عرضی برگ) و صفات فاصله ی اگزوکارپ و اندوکارپ، طول لایه ی اگزوکارپ، فاصله ی بین دندانه های روی شیارها (در بررسی تشریحی فندقه)، اختلاف معنی داری را بین جمعیّت ها نشان می دهند. دانه ی گرده در این گونه کروی با تزئینات echinate و از نوع zonocolporate با الگوی sexine از نوع lacunate می باشد.
